- Check in time: Thursday, April 23 at 3PM
- Check out time: Sunday, April 26 at 12AM
- Each room will require an individual to provide a credit card and ID upon check in to guarantee incidental charges.
- Each guest in a private room will be responsible for a $150.00 security deposit upon arrival to cover incidental charges during their stay. Deposit will be refunded upon check out when sufficient payment is provided to cover all incurred charges.

- Thursday, April 23: Buses will be running from the Miami airport and the Freehand Miami hotel in a shuttle loop
- Sunday, April 26: Buses will be running from the Freehand Miami hotel to the Miami airport in a shuttle loop

- Travel to mandatory WITHIN events will be provided.
- Transportation to activities you choose to do in your free time will not be reimbursed or expensed.

- Employees fly into Miami International Airport (MIA)
- Bus loops from MIA airport to Freehand Hotel:
- First pick-up at 11:30AM from MIA
- Last airport pick-up at 4:30PM from MIA
- 3PM: Hotel Check-in
- 1-3:30PM: Rolling lunch for people checking in
- 7:30PM: Dinner at Freehand Hotel (mandatory)
- 9PM-Late: Hang at Freehand: karaoke, games, pool table, swimming

- 8:30-10:30AM: Breakfast at Freehand Hotel
- Beach day activities available but not required
- Employees working and/or on their own for the day
- 12:30-3PM: Grab & Go lunch at Freehand Hotel
- 7:30-9:30PM: Dinner at Pikio Taco (mandatory)
- 11PM-2AM: Party at Bodega Taqueria Night Club
- 8:30-10:30AM: Breakfast at Freehand Hotel

- 8:30-10:30AM: Breakfast at Freehand Hotel
- 11AM: Bus pick-up (mandatory)
- 12-5PM: Arrival to the off-site location and beginning of activities
- 3PM, 4PM, 5PM: Hourly bus pick-ups to return to the Freehand Hotel
- 7:30PM: Dinner at Freehand Hotel (mandatory)
- 9PM-Late: Hang at Freehand: karaoke, games, pool table, swimming

Typically in Miami in April, Daytime high temperatures will tend to be near 82 F (28 C) early in the month, warming to 84-85 F (about 29 C) by the end of the month. A few of the warmer afternoons can reach near 90F (32 C).
We’ll be staying from Thursday to Sunday, so 4 days and 3 nights

Athletic clothes for Saturday’s event (we’ll be outside but the activities aren’t strenuous, plenty of events are not athletic so just bring something you’re comfortable in)
Electronics (work laptop & charger, phone & charger, powerbank, etc.)
Toiletries (sunscreen, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, makeup)
Shoes (something comfortable to walk in, sandals for pool & beach)
Medication, if applicable
